Choose the required class or learner, complete the details shown on screen, and check Paid or file-readiness requirements. A blocked action is usually protecting incomplete work.
Open the Files workspace or return to the tool that created the output. Check its local file location, then open the actual file before using or sharing it.
Paid access can be checked again on another device, but local class records and files need their own backup. Back up the old laptop before moving or reinstalling.
