Set up class

Create your first class and add learners

    Step 2

    Add learners

Enter learner names and required details before opening daily tools that depend on the roster.

  3. 3

Review names and identifiers before using forms, grades, recognition, or generated files.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Back up after setup

Create a local backup once the first class and learners are ready.

What depends on class setup

Tools that use the same class records

The same local setup supports many teacher workflows.

  • Attendance

Uses the learner list for daily marking and Seat Map actions.

  • Gradebook

Uses class and learner records for score entry and review.

  • Forms and files

Need correct class, learner, period, and template details before official-looking output.

  • Recognition

Uses learner names and readiness rules before certificate generation.

Safe setup

What to do when setup is incomplete

Do not force outputs when GuroAssist is still asking for required records.

Expected blocked state

If a button is disabled, choose the class, add learners, or complete the required details shown on the screen first.
