How to install GuroAssist
Follow these steps for a first install or a manual update. Close GuroAssist before running the installer, then reopen it when installation finishes.
Updates change app files only. Your classes, learner records, templates, backups, generated files, and local drafts stay in the local GuroAssist workspace on the laptop.
1. Download the Windows installer
Choose Windows x64 for most laptops. Use Windows x86 only for older 32-bit Windows devices.
2. Open the setup file
After the download finishes, choose Open file in the browser or double-click the setup file in Downloads.
3. Confirm the Windows warning if it appears
Windows may warn you while GuroAssist is not signed yet. Continue only when the installer came from guroassist.com/download.
4. Open GuroAssist
Start GuroAssist after installation. Existing class and learner data stays in the local GuroAssist workspace.
