Generated files

Understand generated files and output labels

GuroAssist labels files honestly so teachers know what is local, draft, final, official-ready, or blocked.

Find files

Open and review the actual output

Do not judge generated work from the website or app label alone. Open the file before using it.

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Generate only when ready

Use the generate action only after the app shows the required class, learner, template, grade, and readiness details are complete.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Open the local file

Use the Files screen, tool history, or saved file location to open the actual PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, or CSV.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Review content and formatting

Check titles, labels, learner names, class details, tables, spacing, and output status wording.

Labels

What each label means

These labels should stay honest and easy for teachers to understand.

  • Local

Saved on the teacher's device unless the teacher chooses to share the file.

  • Draft

Prepared for review and not ready to treat as final work.

  • Final

Reviewed by the teacher and ready for the intended local use.

  • Official-ready

Readiness checks passed for the supported local output. This is not DepEd approval or submission.

  • Blocked

Stopped because a required choice, detail, template, grade, or school-year rule is missing.

  • Review-only

Useful for checking local information, but not a replacement for official school processes.

AI safety

Use live AI carefully

Live AI is optional and Paid-gated.

  • Paid and credits

Live AI works only after Paid activation and while credits remain.

  • No unnecessary personal learner data

Do not paste private learner details into prompts when the task can be described without them.

  • Teacher review required

AI output is draft help. The teacher decides what to keep, edit, or discard.

  • No compliance promise

AI output does not mean official approval, endorsement, or automatic correctness.

Fail closed

Official-looking outputs should stay blocked when templates, data, policy rules, grades, or class setup are incomplete.
