These are the minimum conditions for the workflow to make sense.
Before you start

- A saved class, subject, and reporting period
- The required grade or assessment records
- Time to review summary signals without treating them as automatic decisions

Use MPS patterns, promotion indicators, remediation lists, and SHS summaries as review prompts, not automatic final decisions.

Use the summary to choose local next steps such as score checks, remediation notes, learner support, or parent communication preparation.
Review
Check these before relying on the work
These checks cover saved, previewed, generated, and teacher-review states.
Scores are current
Summaries should be read after recent score entry, imports, and corrections are saved.
Learner records are accurate
Learners withdrawn or otherwise removed from the current local roster should not distort the class review.
Summary label is honest
Local, draft, final, official-ready, and blocked wording should match the actual readiness state.
Teacher review happens
The teacher should inspect the underlying scores before acting on a summary.
Blocked states and recovery
Fix the blocker before continuing
Use the direct recovery action when GuroAssist is waiting for setup, data, access, policy, or file readiness.
Missing scores
Incomplete scores can make MPS, promotion, remediation, or SHS summaries misleading.
After recovery: The required grade data is complete, current, and available for teacher review.

MPS, promotion, remediation, and SHS summaries are teacher-review aids. They should not imply automatic final decisions, ranking pressure, or official confirmation.
